Types and Various kinds of Rubber

Natural rubber in the world 70% is produced in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Natural rubber obtained from Hevea brasiliensis rubber tree tapping a liquid rubber called latex. Rubber is needed in their daily lives ranging from household to industrial needs. Mostly used in the manufacture of rubber hoses and tires (about 50% more).

Types of rubber:Crepes originated from latex, rubber lump, or RSS of low quality. How to make it similar to the RSS different is to remove the dark brown color of dry rubber. Then the result is a white rubber grinding machine using a sheet of thin crepes pengiling.

Natural rubber latex is mixed with ammonia. Most of latex from rubber trees have levels of 25-29%. Garden latex can then be thickened by using a centrifugal machine to increase the rubber content to about 60%. Rubber content of 60% is what we call the dense rubber. (Specifications solid rubber).
Concentrated latex composition:RSS: Ribbed Smoked Sheet is latex coagulated by mixing with acid. Then heated and smoked in the smoke chamber. Because the process of curing, the product is called Ribbed smoked Sheet (Sheet rubber is cut and smoked). Used to make tires and hoses to the engine tube. Want to know more about the Ribbed Smoked Sheet?TSR: Technical Specified Rubber: Latex rubber coagulated continues crushed and heated to be used to make tires, hose tube to the engine. TSR is also called block rubber, making the engine requires a fairly complex and substantial power.TSR in many countries: Malaysia its TSR called SMR (Standard Malaysian Rubber); its TSR called SSR Singapore (Singapore Standard Rubber); its TSR Indonesia called SIR (Standard Indonesian Rubber); its TSR called TTR Thailand (Thai Tested Rubber)
